Father/Son Campout
Mike Summers was saved by the grace of God in 1979 in Green River Wyoming.
Shortly after becoming a believer he moved to Florida where he and his wife Karen served five years with a traveling evangelistic ministry. In 1989 Mike planted Countryside Baptist Church in Olathe Kansas where he serves today as Countryside’s Senior Pastor. The Summers’ have six children: five boys and a girl, and are the proud grandparents of one grandson
Cost: Cost: $40.00 for a father & one son. ($5.00 for each individual son with a maximum of $50.00 for each family)

Ladies' Retreat
Diane Olson graduated from Bob Jones University in 1981 with a degree in Home Economics and immediately stepped into full-time ministry. That summer, she married Matt Olson and assisted him in planting Tri-City Baptist Church (Westminster, CO). They served at Tri-City for 21 years and began serving at Northland in May 2002. Diane has a burden for teaching and encouraging women, especially those who are married to pastors, missionaries, and church planters. She has taught a ladies' Bible class for 18 years, has been active in music ministry, and is a frequent conference speaker. Her greatest love, however, is being a wife and mother. The Olson’s have three children.
Cost: Regular Room = $55 (There are a few spaces available in the cabins for a reduced price of $45). All rooms and cabins are air-conditioned and comfortable. ($10 off if registered by August 11th)
Men's Retreat
Dr. Les Ollila received a B.A. and an L.L.D. honorary degree from Bob Jones University. He also received a D.D. honorary degree from FaithWay Baptist College of Michigan. He served more than five years with Life Action Revival Ministries. After pastoring in South Carolina, he served 10 years as associate pastor and director of youth ministries at Calvary Baptist Church of Roseville, Michigan. Besides directing Leadership Ministries, he authored Manna, a devotional, and the Foundation for Youth Programs. He is a nationally recognized seminar and conference speaker in the areas of leadership training, Christian educators’ conferences, family-centered church meetings, summer camps, and Christian school ministries. He served as president of Northland Baptist Bible College from 1984-2002.

Couple's Retreat
Dr. Jim Newcomer received a B.A. and a Master of Arts degree from Bob Jones University. He also received a Doctor of Sacred Ministry degree from Northland Baptist Bible College. He served as the assistant to the Dean of Men and Campus Counselor while at Bob Jones. After finishing his Masters degree, he served as a Youth Pastor for six years at Immanuel Baptist Church of Richmond, Virginia. He has also served as senior Pastor of Twin City Baptist Church of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Newcomer has also served as a Bible Faculty member at Bob Jones University and Northland Baptist Bible College. He is currently the Associate Pastor of Colonial Baptist Church of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He and his wife Lorie have three children.

Junior Spring Sensation
Event Description: This will be a one-day event full of awesome activities designed for juniors. Amidst the 3 general sessions, each junior will have the opportunity to enjoy the various facilities at AGBC. We will have carnival games, boating, fishing, human foosball, basketball, volleyball, carpetball, and much much more! Make sure to reserve this date on your calendar.
Speaker: All who have heard Bob Roberts speak understand why he is a favorite among children and adults alike. Bob has a heart for children and for those who minister to children. He is a popular speaker at Christian camps across the country. Bob also teaches at children’s worker conferences and seminars spreading the vital message of the absolute necessity to teach children divine truth effectively and memorably. Bob graduated from Northland Baptist Bible College in 1996 and received his Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Heart of America Seminary in 1998. Following his graduation from seminary, Bob spent six years as Director of Children’s Ministries at Tri-City Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO. During that time, he began developing a program and writing a curriculum for children called Kids 4 Truth! This program and curriculum seeks to memorably communicate God-Focused truth to the next generation, worldwide. Kids 4 Truth incorporates a dynamic union between 1) a God-centered, Bible curriculum, 2) a local-church based club-type program, and 3) a variety of interactive, truth-based multimedia to accomplish its mission. The kids4truth.com website receives around one million hits every month from people all over the world. Since April, 2004, Bob has been ministering full time through Kids 4 Truth International, inspiring and equipping local churches, families, and other children’s ministry leaders to effectively communicate the most important truths about God, man, and eternity to boys and girls everywhere.

Teen Spring Sensation
Yeeeehaw partners! We’re tryin’ somthin’ crazy and invitin’ all the local parsons and their posse’s to join us for a rip-roarin’ time here at camp. Those who join in the festivities are sure to have the time of their lives. We’ll have awesome games, fancy vittles, and powerful preachin’. It’ll be a day guaranteed to make you say, “Yeeeehaww!” So make your plans to join us for “Teen Spring Sensation 2008.”

Memorial Day Picnic
Matt Williams was called into full-time ministry at Tri-City Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, where he served faithfully for 32 years as youth pastor, and then Associate Pastor. While there, he also served for 10 years as Executive Director for the Missouri Association of Christian Schools, and the Mid-America Association of Christian Schools. He initiated the Student Leadership Conferences for the American Association of Christian Schools and has been AACS Director of the Student Leadership Conferences for the past 10 years. Following the Lord’s leading in 2004, Matt and his family moved from their ministry at Tri-City Church to join the staff at Northland Baptist Bible College, where he currently serves on the Executive Administrative Staff, as the Chief Student Officer. He also now serves as Executive Director of the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools. He has written two books, How to Be a Team Player and Enjoy It – A Study in Staff Relationships and Biblical Leadership-Becoming a Different Kind of Leader, co-authored with Ken Collier. Dr. Williams and his wife, Donna, have been married thirty-three years and have five children.

Golf Tournament
Once again, YOU have the opportunity to join other individuals to help support Amazing Grace Baptist Camp. On this day, dedicated people from all over Kansas & Missouri will join together through a unique golf event to make a difference in the lives of hundreds of campers and their families. This is a great way to help camp and have a great time as well.
Cost: $100 per player (includes green fees, carts, food, & prizes)
