Camp Info

Registration Cost

Summer Camp Early Bird Registrations must be postmarked or emailed to AGBC by April 7, 2008.

Early Bird Junior Registration Cost: $165.00
Early Bird Teen Registration Cost: $170.00

Any registration postmarked or emailed to AGBC after April 7, 2008 must pay the full summer camp price.

Regular Junior Registration Cost: $180.00
Regular Teen Registration Cost: $185.00


Sponsor Cost

$100.00 per person (For every 10 campers registered, 1 sponsor may come for free)

  • Housing for sponsors is limited and taken on a first come, first served basis.
  • Sponsor Children
    • Five & Under = Free
    • 6-10 yrs old = $30.00
    • 11 + = $50.00

Please include a $25.00 non-refundable deposit with your registration form to reserve your spot.


New Camper Discount

All new campers will receive a $5 discount off their total camp cost.


What to Bring:

Bible, notebook, pen, sleeping bag or blankets, pillow, towels, health & beauty supplies, one-piece swimsuit, jacket, casual clothes for recreation, dress clothes for services, camera, ball glove, fishing equipment, spending money for canteen & bookstore.


What to Leave at Home:

Radios, tape players, CD players, TV's, laptop computers, MP3 players, musical instruments, magazines, electronic games, CELL PHONES, pagers, or playing cards. Campers who bring tobacco products, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs will be sent home at their expense. Adult campers may bring pagers, laptop computers, and cell phones.


Ladies Attire

Knee-length dresses must be worn to each evening service. All clothing must reach the top of the knee. Loose-fitting pants, culottes, and shorts are acceptable for recreation, provided that are to the knee. One-piece swimsuits are appropriate for girls.


Men's Attire

Long pants and collard shirts must be worn to each evening service. All shorts must reach the top of the knee.


All Campers

All clothing must cover from "neck to knee." AGBC reserves the right to request a change in any clothing or behavior deemed inappropriate. All campers are expected to stay the entire week of camp. Attendance is required at all meetings.


Insurance

Campers provide their own insurance. The camp provides secondary insurance only.


Visitors

Campers will not be allowed to use the phone except in an emergency. Visits, by immediate family members only must by prearranged with the Director.


Nurse

A nurse will be on-call at all times. All medications will be given to the nurse at registration and must be in its original labeled container. The nurse will be responsible for dispensing medication.


Lost Items

Items not requested within 30 days will be discarded. Requested items will be sent C.O.D.


Extra Camp Costs

Rifle Range, Snack Shop, Bookstore, Camp T-shirts, Camp Pictures, Paintball, & Crafts. An offering will be collected each week.
