2) Amazing Grace Baptist Camp
Statement of Faith

We require that all rental groups agree with the following Fundamental Doctrines of the Faith.

  1. That the Bible is God’s divine revelation to man and is the infallible, inerrant word of God and that it is plenarily and verbally inspired as originally written.
  2. That God is eternal and triune and is revealed in scripture in three distinct person’s Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit who share the same attributes and are equally worthy of worship and obedience.
  3. That Jesus Christ came in the flesh as the virgin-born eternal son of God, that He lived a sinless life, dying subsitutionarily for the sins of man; and that He rose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven.
  4. That salvation is by grace through faith in the shed blood of the sinless Son of God, Jesus Christ, not merited nor secured in whole or in part by an virtue or work of man.
  5. That the church is a spiritual body into which all true believers unite at salvation, of which Christ is the soul and supreme head; whose local expression is an independent and autonomous company of believers who exist in fellowship with other churches of like faith and practice and there is no higher ecclesiastical or political authority than the local church.
  6. That Jesus Christ will literally return to earth and establish His millennial kingdom.
  7. That the unsaved are wicked in the sight of God and will be eternally punished in a literal burning lake of fire.
  8. That because God is holy and separated; believers and churches should be separated unto God from the world and should walk in Christian love and holiness. The Scriptures define separation as not loving the world, fleeing evil desires, and refraining from questionable practices which destroy one’s testimony.

By signing, we affirm that we hold to all of the above-mentioned fundamental doctrines of the faith.
